The Peppermint tea craze

After i heard peppermint tea is said to reduce bloating, i decided to buy a box and try the tea for a week. I love it! I normally have this tea before i go to bed with a drop of honey (instead of sugar) and it reduces cravings for sweets and dessert. Have this tea before or after a meal and it will also help with the digestion of the meal.
